1. Open the package after receiving the machine, and arrange the accessories of the machine
2. Manually move the x/y axis for unobstructed operation
3. Install the water chiller. Connect the power cord, Inlet pipe, outlet pipe, water protection line;Inject pure water from above and observe the water level
4. Install the exhaust fan. Connect the power cord, air inlet pipe and air outlet pipe
5. Install the air pump. Connect the power cord and the air pipe
6. Install the laser tube and fix it, connect the high voltage line, the low voltage line,the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe. Note that the water outlet is facing up
7. Power on the machine, turn on the key switch and the emergency stop, the laser head will be automatically reset to the upper right corner of the workbench, then it will stop at the last processed positioning point
8. Check the direction of water flow and bubbles in the laser tube. The water in the laser tube should flow out from the water outlet, and there is no air bubble in the laser tube. If there are bubbles, press the water pipe repeatedly to let the bubble discharge
9. Debug the light path of the laser tube,the principle is specular reflection of light, take the reflector as a mirror

* Turn on the laser power supply control switch. It marked"laser" on the machine
* Use the double-sided tape in the tool box to stick three layers to the third reflective lens position of the laser head
* Use the direction keys on the operation panel to move the laser head to the left side of the x-axis,Press the "pulse" button, a black spot will appear on the double-sided tape.(If there is no light, check whether the water is connected, whether the water protection line is connected, whether the laser power switch is turned on. ) Then move the laser head to the right side of the x-axis. Press the "pulse" button once again to check if the black spot is substantially coincident with the first point.
(1) The spots are coincident and also at the center of the third mirror
Use double -sided tape stick to the bottom of the laser nozzle. Press the "pulse" button to check
if the small black hole on the double-sided tape is round and at the center of the laser head
1) The hole is round and at the center indicates that the laser light path is correct and the
machine can be used normally
2) The hole is not round or centered, adjust the third mirror above the laser head (three yellow
screw controls)
(2) The spots do not coincide and are not centered
The reason is that the position of the laser tube is changed, the reflective lens is loose during
transportation, and the overall optical path needs to be debugged
① Stick three layers of duoble-sided tape to the first mirror and press the "pulse" to
check if the black spot is within the scope of the mirror. Adjust the laser tube or the
first mirror mount if the spot out of range
② Stick the double-sided tape to the second mirror, move the laser head to the upper
left of the table, press the "pulse" button, then move the laser head to the lower left.
Press the "pulse" button to check whether the black spots are basically coincident
and within the scope of the mirror. (If they don't coincide, adjust the three yellow
screws on the first mirror to adjust the light spot on the lower left side based on the
light spot on the upper left side. And repeat the debugging to achieve the best )
③ Stick three layers of double-sided tape to the position of the third mirror on the laser
head. Move the laser head to the left side of the x-axis. Press the pulse button, a
black spot appears on the double-sided tape. Then move the laser head to the right
side of the x-axis. Press the pulse button again to check if the black spots are
coincident. (If they don't coincide, adjust the three yellow screws on the second
mirror, adjust the spot on the right side based on the spot on the left side, and
repeat the debugging to achieve the best)
④ Check if the spot is at the center of the third mirror, at the center, perform step one
⑤ Spots are coincident but not in the center of the aperture.(The spot deviates to the
left and right, move the second mirror mount and repeat the ③④ steps) (If the
spot is deviated upwards and downwards,raise or lower the laser tube, repeat step
①②③④ )
(3) Remarks:
1) The contact ratio and centrality of the spot is higher, laser power is stronger, the less laser loss.
Can be debugged repeatedly to achieve the best
2) Keep the reflective mirrors and the focusing lens clean, and the stronger the laser generated,
the less the laser loss
10. Place the processed object on the workbench, press"pulse" to achieve light, adjust the height of the lens barrel to find the focal point, and make the laser reach the strongest (At this point the spot is finest)
11. Use the date line connect the machine and your computer, install the software and start the machine
